The contractors finished the wall yesterday ready to accept the Portland Limestone panels on Friday; it needs a day to allow the concrete to set properly.
They will tidy up the site today (Thursday), as well as continue with the foundations for the random stone wall to go either side of the memorial panels.
A further report will be on the website on Friday evening; our Secretary, Steve Williams has been on site every day this week so is taking a welcome rest tomorrow!
