Paid for by the Heritage Lottery Fund grant, three large vinyl banners were added to the fencing at key points around the site today.
The new random stone wall holding numerous conflict stones, which were located at the back of the site, is taking shape.
The contractors hope to finish the rest of the wall tomorrow (Thursday), before starting on the blockwork for one of the most important elements of the job – the new low screen wall holding the panels of the names of the fallen.
